A: We are an online store based out of Kitchener, Ontario, and provide shipping all over Canada. Our address can be found on our contacts page here along with maps for directions.  
For pickup orders, please ensure you receive an email confirmation to schedule your pickup window.

Q: What materials do you use for your apparel?

A: We currently use heat presses to apply premium HTV (heat transfer vinyl) to all of our clothing. We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail for all our products.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: That's easy, we have conveniently provided a sizing chart side scroller to every one of our product pages. You can also follow this link provided here. Just navigate the arrows till you find the product you are tying to size.

Q: What kind of material is your clothing?

Accepted Answer

A: As we grow so does our vision to supply many kinds of materials but right now our catalog mainly consists of Gildan preshrunk cotton.   However our custom orders can vary according to personal preferences from 50/50 blends to Performance blends.  It's best you contact us here to confirm custom orders.

Q: What is your process to applying your designs.

A :Currently our focus is using heat presses, applying premium HTV (heat transfer vinyl) to all of our clothing.  This is a process adheres our vinyl to our clothing rather than just printing (painting) on top of the clothing.  We pride ourselves with quality and attention to detail for all our products to make sure you have a long lasting product.

Q: What are Get-Up Gear's beliefs?

Accepted Answer

A: At Get-Up Gear, we believe in the power of the Word. 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God' (John 1:1). We also hold that 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God' (2 Timothy 3:16). We follow the Hebrew tradition of Shema (Deuteronomy 6:5-9), discussing God's Word always and writing/wearing His Word wherever we go. We encourage others with the words found in Ephesians 6:10-17, by putting on the full armor of God.
